Your fathers quote was predictable but wise. You were insightful to follow and save yourself a 'fortune". Are you in Real Estate also? As for my "angle" - does it sound like I have one? But I've nothing to sell. I'm simply warning members to use prudence which makes you wonder what my angle is? A shaded statement indeed. I'd like to end here with my own favorite quote: "Let us not throw the rope after the bucket". Amen
