Hi,
I am new to this form of investment. I've looked at a few projects/properties via Oberlisk International that look very interesting; the latest one in Bulgaria. Can anyone give me any insight into the pitfalls I may expect with this type of investment; especially if you have any exeperience of Oberlisk. Or, alternativley (and even better) is there anyone that can share their positive experice with Oberlisk?
