00 34 is Spain - Oh and starting with a 6 tends to be a mobile, however I guess with today's technology I suppose it could have a call-forward to India.
"SL" generally indicates a Spanish company, as it stands for "Sociedad Limitada" and SA a Portuguese company as it means "Sociedade Anónima", the same way GMBH indicates a German company.
But I'm guessing that anyone calling a Spanish mobile to speak to a lady with an Irish (?) surname might recognise an "Indian dude" by the depth of his voice and his accent. The fact that a mans voice answers and not a ladys would generally tip me off.
So the person isn't "pretending to be an American lady in Brazil", if she is an Indian dude pretending at all (I don't know her personally) then she would be pretending to be based in Spain. Oh, and their website says they are based in Torremolinos, Málaga.
