Hello, I put in an offer on a house with no onward chain. This has gone over 4 months, everything was good we were set to exchange this week. The seller has now told people of a problem on there side with they were aware of at the beginning but didn't tell anyone about. This has stopped the process.
Do I have a case to pursue them for my costs?
