I am new to the forum, so if I've posted this in the wrong section, I apologize in advance.
I have recently started working for charity who are also a registered housing association. We find and manage housing for adults with additional needs, but at the moment we struggling to find properties! We are looking for new investors who are interested in purchasing properties to let out. Area's with high demand at the moment are; Plymouth, Torquay, Manchester, Sheffield, Elsmere Port, Liverpool, and Cheshire West.
We are hoping to build a network of investors in each area that we can work with regularly. If you think you might be interested, please send me a message and I can send over more details about what we do, and how we work.
