Bulgaria Purchase..So Confused!

Looking for a bit of advice here. Just returned from Borovets where we chose a ski apartment. It is already built and we are happy with the agreed price.
We had to return home to the UK before we could really start things off, and since getting back are both puzzled and concerned about the process.

The agent is keen for us to appoint him to act on our behalf, and I have read a lot about the pitfalls of this, so, firstly, has anyone used

skipropertyBG

and confirm they are OK?

Secondly I am not comfortable with this whole idea of entering a far lower price on the notary deeds for tax avoidance! Simply because it is surely not legal and I certainly do not want to participate in fraud even if it saves a bit of money!

Any other help on this whole bewildering process much appreciated

Putting a lower price on the deeds than you pay could leave you with having to pay a lot of capital gains tax if you decide to sell in the future. It's a very bad idea and any agent who recommends that is certainly not looking after your interests.
