Building Management

Hi All,

I am a building manager at a couple of residential apartment developments in Dubai. Does anyone know of any management systems which will help with day to day operations? I know several software options now exist and was wondering about recommendations.

I know numerous buildings use 'BuildingLink International,' an online management system. I've heard very good things about it saving many buildings time & money and being quite easy to use.
