If you are considering investing in Casablanca and using an agent, stay away from the company called Casablanca Properties. They are located in Wigan, Merseyside, and have recently had a news report in the Wigan newspaper.

Casablanca properties are not the only ones. As Spain has dried out and a lot of Developers/agents/lawyers have been caight out they are moving on to new fields and Morocco seams to bet he obvius hunting ground followed by Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania etc.

Considering the economic crunch nowadays, there are so many agents and companies who are fond of scamming. They will charm buyers with their promises but in the end you will be their victim. As a buyer, you should carefully study the company itself. Look for buyers feedback.
