Best place to sell regulated land

Hi I am new to this forum and acquired a plot of regulated land (3000 sq meters - Lakeside Park) in bulgaria Varna region a couple of years ago that I now want to sell. Can anyone advise where the best places are to shift it? websites, agents etc..

As I can see from your title deed you bought and agricultural land ? Have you changed the residential status ? Has this project Lakeside Park started ?

It had been changed to regulated land...Lakeside park building works is well underway, but I am not sure if it has hit some problems as construction may have stopped for now. Agents are still this development though..
