In your opinion what is the best part of Brazil for investment?

depend of your kind of investiment. for example, Northeast region is a good option to buy bigs area for building of resorts, villes or countries and beaches houses, apartaments and so on. any cities in this region there are goods options, specially in Maceió, a small, cheaper and wonderfull town. here, there are marverlous beaches, warms waltes, unfortable...

I agree, we are selling a lot of stuff in the North East, if you are after investments that you can sell easy later on with good short to medium term returns, this is definately the best place.

Go for the smaller established towns & villages for the safest investments and probably the best returns.

We can't get enough of the smaller developments on our books, as they sell very quickly before and after they are built so stick with them (pm or email me if you want any info).

As for the scenery, beaches, food, weather and especially the people, they are the best you will find in the world.
