Being told a semi detached is now end of terrace.

I bought a 3 bed semi in the UK in 2013 that was listed as a Semi Detached.

I am putting the property back up for sale, but have been told by the new Estate Agent that it's an End of Terrace.

Next door has a floating flying freehold (Best description I can think of) connection to another house. (Not sure if relevant but the room does not belong to next door).

I have uploaded a photo to show.

So my question is, who is correct? The original Estate Agents in saying my house was a Semi or the new ones stating it's End of Terrace?

This is a very bizarre situation and has the makings of a very complicated settlement! If you were incorrectly sold the property described as “semi-detached” have you been mis-sold? I would be interested to hear how you get on with this issue as it is not something I have come across myself.
