Hi

Has anyone heard of the above company - they are developing overseas properties and offering asset linked notes for investors ? They are working with a company called seagate developement

Any information warmly welcomed

I would really proceed with caution getting involved in any property schemes in the Baltic at the moment. Prices in Estonia and Latvia are already heading slowly southwards. The market in Lithuania is quite stable at the moment, but so closely is their economy linked to the other two Baltics that pure logic says that this situation probably isn't going to last much longer.

I spend a lot of time in Riga. I've noticed that there seem to be an awful lot of 'Get Rich Quick' schemes floating around here that look very similar to pyramid schemes of yesteryear in Western Europe.

Maybe these guys are genuine, but I would urge you to do a lot of background research on them before even thinking of parting with any cash.
