balkan property management -boris shopov

I was wondering if anybody was having problems with balkan property management fronted by boris shopov based at messambria fort beach elenite near sunny beach
I paid for a furniture package from him two years ago and have still not recieved all the furniture despite frequent promises that the work had been completed.
I would certainly not recommend using this company.
If anybody else is or has experianced difficulties with Mr Shopov i would appreciate any advice you may have in dealing with these people

Yes he owes quite a few people quite a bit of money so if anyone knows his address id be very happy to hear it.
He actually picked up the phone the other day and i got to speak to him. Full of his usual empty promises.
