Australia in general, let alone the property market, is an area of the world which is often overlooked. Let us not forget this is a country which has not yet dipped into recession even in light of the 2008 worldwide economic downturn. Which other countries in the Western world can boast this?

Are all areas of the Australian real estate market booming or is this concentrated around the larger cities such as Sydney, etc?
