Hi ,. I am in process of deciding how to sell a vacant consent to let property.
I need a quick, more guaranteed sale. I have a set figure I am aiming to achieve, 155k , current market value would potentially be 180k.+
I am just undecided as to which path to take. I could go down the traditional auction route or I am thinking possibly formal tender.
Which is most likely to achieve a sale while also giving the best return..
