are the housing prices in China sliding?

I read a newsletter about risk test taken by China's banks for the possible dropping of housing prices.

Be real careful when investing in china property, the laws are open to abuses by the local authorities and it is as open as the weather (can change anytime anything).....

Many developers are in cahoots with the local authorities for selfish motives so I really do not encourage investing in chinese properties.

the price now is extremely high. common people can not affroad it. it will drop one day.

Why is that so? Meaning the real estate market in China is suffering as well as their economy? Or is it just some people taking it on their own or controlling it?
