    Foreign buyers are increasingly more attracted to houses on the market in Spain because of the possibility of having a second home in a warmer area that will only cost more or less half or even a third of the original asking prices that were seen in 2008.

    Yes, all the statistics about returning of foreign buyers to the Spanish property market is completely true.Some regions in Spain specially attracts the attention of foreign buyers because here the property rates are affordable and also with excellent quality.There is gradual down fall in the property rates on Spain from the last 8 years.The services in Javea and Moraira near to Costa Blanca specially provides long term rentals to the foreign buyers for enjoying holidays and which attracts there interest in purchasing property.

    Compared to last year the property prices have dropped by 9.3% in Spain.
    The overall Global trend is down.
    In the current economic climate, there will be very few European countries where the average prices are not falling in the next 12 months!
    So why buy?
