If the EU referendum on UK membership of the European Union is such a foregone conclusion, with the remaining party in the lead, why is there such uncertainty among property investors looking towards the UK and London? I do not understand this - can anybody help?

How many times have we been told that the London property market is out-of-favour and prices will fall? The fact is that overseas buyers and domestic buyers keep returning time and time again. If the market really is that overpriced then why do they continue chasing prices higher?
