Hi all
Ive been reading up and also talking to a friend who used to own a bar in the Canaries, and hes told me that its now a requirement to have a license to rent a property out there.
Im sure there are other regulations - so do you have any experience of this? are these licenses easy to get or not as much hassle as they sound?
I want to do as much research as poss to consider my options for buying a place abroad to use to rent out as oppposed to me using it
