Hello,
I am in my final year of university and I am required to create a business plan.
My business plan is for new student accommodation in a nearby city which has plans for a redevelopment and expansion to the local university.
I have had the good fortune to have located suitable land and consulted with a nearby architect that had coincidentally already drawn plans for student accommodation on the same plot of land; the architect was extremely helpful and shared the design and construction cost from a developers/clients perspective.
However, the hurdle I am facing is that to make my business feasible is that I will not be the developer/client but I will rent the property to then "sub-let" to students; this means I need to determine how much it will cost for me to rent the building......and don't know where to find this out.
If anybody can shed some light or offer some guidance I would be greatly appreciative for your time and help.
