Al Ghadeer | Any Updates

Hi Does anybody have any updates for Al Ghadeer,

I have gotten a call to say that I will have no more payments until completion, I have only paid 10% so far. which is great,

has anybody got info on completion dates, what finance is like, is there much selling at the moment, etc.

here is the new Alghadeer website. i was speaking to Sorouh sales and they say the development is progressing well and almost all customers met have accepted the revised offer.

agents i've spoken to seem fairly optimistic about this project and the key banks are supportive - Nb Alghadeer is one of the few projects that the banks will lend higher LTVs on. be interested in everyone's thoughts.
