Ajman one flats enquiry

i have purchased 3 flats in the ajman one complex and have upto now only paid about 20% in total. the value of GBP to AED has fallen considerably to when i initially went in.

My questions are:

1) can i simply pull out and claim the money back that i have paid to date.

2) if i cant claim all the money, what percentage would i lose?

3) can i transfer all the money into one apartment from the others and keep just one flat?

4) any ideas on how to sell these flats on to another investor?

5) what are the consequences for not keeping up payments?

6) who do i inform that i wish to no longer proceed with these flats?

I just visited Ajman and I must say that the Ajman does his best and that the flats in Ajman One Towers are very beautiful! Some towers are finishes and the rest will come soon, the workers work hard on it!
Is also very near the beach, so well, for sure a good investment and for the ones who seek a nice house and not to expensive wonderful place to live!!!!.5 minuets to Cornische by walking .....
