Hi All, I have booked 1 B/R apartment in Ajman Boulevard through Gowealthy, developer being AA property. So Far I have made payment of 5 installments, the
6th installment is due fo rthis month. The payment is construction based in the booking and has got dates in the contract. So far I have not received any details of their registration/escrow account. I send them emails and tried to call them but no one answers. I am sure others have also booked in the same project, pretty much in the same situation as myself. I do not know if AA property has disappeared or still there as I am not a UAE resident. Could some one help and share some details.

Nasr, I agree with, lets join hands and try to get best wecan do in the current situation, otherwise we will all loose our investment. There is an installment due in May, which I have not paid them, lets stop all payments untill they let us know the facts and follow the payment schedule based on construction...
