There have been several new threads and posts over the last weeks which are purely for advertising purposes.

Unfortunately we have to delete all these messages as our forum guidelines clearly state you cannot make promotional posts outside of the Overseas Property For Sale section.

If you would like to make promotional post in the sales section, which is viewed by thousands every day, then you will be required to upgrade your membership to a Premium Subscriber in order to do so.
