Accountant for Tax return for US properties in the US

I have recently bought 2 properties in Michigan which I am renting out. I need an accountanct to register me in the US for tax and complete my US annual tax return. Can anybody give me any advice/recommendation or approx cost for this. I am a uk resident. I also under the impression you get a tax free personal allowance similar to that in the uk ?

I use H&R Block, they have offices in most states, I would contact them via the website to find the most local office, and probably a premium one (they are used to dealing with international customers)
