Hi I am in the UK. I hope you can help me. I have some fields I would like to develop. The access track is unregistered and I intend to take Adverse Possession. There are two properties with vehicular access, and another property (with the biggest frontage) that has access to their septic outflow. There is also a culvert under the track. Will this cause problems getting services to my land and/or effect planning permission? The greatest with width where the outflow is is 12 ft, but it could stretch to 15ft without the outflow bond. Any advice welcome.
