These are some very interesting tips here if looking to sell your property and they make perfect sense when you sit back and look at the situation in more detail. You do need to make your property attractive, you do need to make your property stand out from the rest and if it takes a sweetener of some kind to close the deal, how desperate are you for the cash?

Some great tips here. The main thing is to make your home desirable. As simple as it may sound some people dont put the effort into making the home look 'move-in' ready and expect to receive great offers. People dont want to buy a house and have to invest more money and time into making it look great.

One other thing which you can do is research similar properties in your area. Is your property priced competitively? Do other properties look more attractive from a price position?

The simple fact is that the more people who are aware that your property is for sale the more chance of a little bit of competition which can only help with the end price.

3. There should always be sufficient light in the house.
4. Always be ready to move out of the house.
5. Be show-ready always. Buyers can come at any time to see the house.
6. You can consult with real estate agents or realtors. They can help you get the best deal.

But this would lead to more costs and, consequently, the prices will go up..
