They have made a good point there; but property market will be better than what we are seeing in 2011.

2011 is a rough market. Well, it is actually challenging - how would you survive such situation for over a year? So it's like a battle for survival. The strongest wins. 2012 is just another year to game with in the housing market. A lot of changes will again happen possibly due to results of the year 2011 housing market performance.
