didnt you think at the time that its around 4000 aed psqft so say a 1 bed will cost 4m
who in their right mind is going to buy it of me for 5 % premium its just to expensive
even if the end user got a mortagage they would be paying 30k aed per month now tell how many people earn 60k a month here ??
