Hi not been online for a while so apologise - some owners are out at the moment - hotel still not officially opened but some guests are staying there - could be those that were promised handover and arrived and apartments not done??

Hi Eric and welcome - I have an apartment in Nabq and mine was furnished by Idea4furniture based in Sharm - think Simons was too. Also Bakr from Homes is very good and he has given me good prices for fly screens. He measured my neighbours and fitted them the next day.

Hi Im pretty sure they came out last June when I booked Oct for Sharm. They do tend to change the times though and they have been coming out earlier.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have merged your thread with this one. There have been some handovers which have been eventful. Some have used Clares Holiday Homecare to do the snagging list successfully. Last we heard SRE were escorted off of Sharm Bride!

Thinks for your input Ther was some serious flooding in Sharm on Monday and the hotel suffered water damage so this may put the opnng of the hotel back Im afraid.

Hi Al - we have just got back and still had to queue and fill out forms and walk passed the heat sensor - very annoying so hope they do stop it

Very conflicting info. We have been told by our agent that the form that needs to be in March next year is another different form and that form is for the rental side!!!??
