    Thanks for your reply. It's just on the general market with an agent (Yopa). However I can give the tenant notice, they are on a normal AST, not sitting or anything?

    I am selling a property and have a tenant in as it can be a long process, however I'm now wondering if that is putting people off and I'd be better selling with vacant possession? What are your views, experiences? Thanks
