A high level of tenant turn-over, good or bad?

I think it's bad. Get a good tenant and keep them happy. No problems then. Each tenant wants to stamp their own individuality on a place, even if they return it to good condition when they leave, there's inevitably going to be damage to walls etc - the more turnover, the more damage. I'd stick...

Have you been tempted to go to a property auction?

I'd like the excitement of it, not sure I'd like the surveyor's report on what I'd just bought though!

A newbie in real estate field requesting your help (UAE)

It seems as though that's the drawback - as with anything... commission based income. It's a big gamble to start a career like this with only commission to fall back on in my opinion..

How to embark with no cash flow?

I was just wondering if there's any hope at all of me getting into the property market? I have little - virtually no cash-flow and with recently losing my job (through unscrupulous individuals) I'm wondering if there's anyway at all I could get into the property business. I have skills needed...

How do you see future performance for the UK property market?

While I understand that each opportunity has it's own benefits and pitfalls. Generally, what kind of property would the forum members suggest is the best investment - new build or restoration projects?

Reasons to invest in UK property

The stigma once associated with rental has gone. I believe the rental market is where it's at right now.
