    Good time to buy. Prices dipped slightly, rental yields high, more demand for lower/mid-end housing. Might want to also consider Queue Point (ready & off-plan) or Living Legends (off-plan) - but similar kind of price ranges. Intl City is cheaper though.

    The developer can ask you to pay for Oqood now. Better to get it done as sooner or later, it will have to be done. Better for your security as well. Some developers do pay 2% of the value since your contract was made 9 years ago...

    Agree with Amr. All good points. I think we are unlikely to see rapid capital appreciation as witnessed between 2007 - 2008 and 2012 - 2013.

    The market is stabilizing. Yes, there appears to be a slight correction underway, but there is still value in certain hot-spots for investors.
