development opportunity Land is the western suburbs of Sydney are going nuts! Allot of development happening as well and lost of opportunity to add value to land as we need the dwellings.

I the western suburbs of Sydney we have had a 3% rise in capital growth. Its only the top end of the market that has been affected. The media is what makes our job harder!

What I'm experiencing is the media is scaring buyers and sellers. If the media just went off the results and not just the next best story would think the market would remain strong and stable.
