What I think is that you should keep that flat and only let it out for rent. Properties are and will become more and more expensive in time. Especially in the big cities.

White all the Search Engine Optimisation that's been going through the past years I wouldn`t trust google (or any other search engine for that matter). There's just too many ways for the results to be manipulated...

A lot of the suburbs are really cheap. For example some parts of Pleven, Varna... we`re talking like ...500-600euro/sq m (in varna) and i don`t know about pleven but a friend got his apartment (same as mine 38.500 Euro in the center of Varna) for the price of 20 or 22 000 i don`t remmember

That depends on what part of Varna they are in... There's lots of options. But personally i think it's the best to find a good local ISP (by local i mean the ones that provide I-net for the neighborhood) for example in Asparuhovo it's called Lan Ultra and they have very good offers and good...

I totally agree. Give us more info where/what you want to buy. Bulgaria is a great and beautiful country BUT mostly to make a vacation here. you wanna live in a big city, small village near a city, near other foreigners, near the sea/mountains ?
