good news, it does exist. Unit is finished, with fitted air con fridge freezer and microwave as promised. Pool area looks good, got keys water and electricity are connected, I think once you see your finished unit you will be happy. only real issues as allways are the finishing touches...

have just recieved an update from my egyptian lawyer , stating he thought my unit would now be ready in two months, still no direct contact with the developer despite repeated e-mails. all the best

Claire, I paid the final payment in February this year, following confirmation from my lawyer in Hurghada that the unit was completed!!!!!. My contract referred to my unit being complete by January 2009. Have only had one reply from the developer (via Lawyer) , prior to final payment...

Update just recieved from lawyer, The Developer of Paradise Hill has added some extra facilites to the complex. 1-A Heated Swimming Pool 2-Two Jacuzzi's on the roof, from where you can get a view of the sea and all Hurghada. 3-A generator has been added to cut in in case of Electricity...
