    I have made 30% of the pyament, and they said, the next payment due would be at the start of excavation, which clearly has not started as yet. They will have a response on the 19th (court decision). If they push any longer, I will contact my lawyer.

    The only other property I have is Badrah 2 (which they have postponed payment unitl June '09 - but to be frank I doubt that will ever happen). Yes, I could continue and pay for the apartment at Sports City. I guess continue to make payments, but will keep it on the market too.

    Nope, not distress, but I have been looking online, and Badrah Phase 2 are going for that much. Plus Badrah Phase are going cheaper, so why would an investor / buyer chose a more expensive one?

    Well, I have a 1 BR at Badrah Phase 2, and plan to sell it. Next payment is due December 2008, which I can make. I would prefer to get it out of my hands if I get the right price. I would be looking to have 9% nett to me. Is that something realistic? If it does not sell at that, I can wait...
