Openshore's rental forecast Just been on the Openshore thread and posted a reply to your post. Openshore's forecast is a bit low. The rental yields in Dubai are around 10% of the property price and I would have thought this area would be in higher demand as property prices (and hence rents)...- Crofty2000

Info Guru Where do you get the figure of 18% to 20% growth? I do agree that is 2 hours away from Dubai and not 40 minutes as they claim in the brochures but this is a nice area to have property, especially if you are going to use it yourself. InfoGuru When are the towers in Emirates City going to be ready for occupation. I have seen literature saying End 2010. Is this correct. Others are saying that things may be delayed becasue of utility (electricity) supply issues.- Crofty2000
