Property in Dahab. What to do?

Hello everybody

I love freediving and have fallen in love with Egypt especially the laid back and relaxed feel of Dahab.

I would like to buy a piece of outskirts land north of Dahab to make a little off the grid hippie resort from where to start a couple of projects recycling plastic etc. to help clean the city and especially the ocean. Preferably land next to the beach.

My question is this; where do I start and is it even possible? And what would be the expected pricerange for a piece of land like that?

Any advice would be really appreciated

I would first check with the local authorities about how you go about buying land to set-up such a business. It may be that they will be very supportive but I would check first before you do anything.
