property networking event

Hi
I'm looking for good networking event in east London or Essex. Don't want to waste my time as have a lot on at the moment with work and family. Any advice would be appreciated. I've done two projects where Ive bought and sold also got some buy to let properties. Just want to meet some people for some advice in moving forward with new projects and adding to my portfolio.
