Are there some property bargains in politically volatile countries?

While things seem to have calmed a little in the likes of Turkey, are there some property bargains to be had in the more politically volatile countries? I suppose, bearing in mind Brexit and the state of the UK government, you could actually throw the UK property market into that mix?

There is a lot to take into consideration here such as:-

Prospects for the economy
Prospects for the currency
Inflation
Civil unrest

I very much doubt that this is the end we have heard of the troubles in Turkey for example where the political regime has cracked down on free speech.
