New to the forum and new to property investment

Hi,

My friend told me about this site and I thought I would give it a try. I have been watching the property markets for many years now but never been brave enough to take the plunge. I have a £250,000 property with no mortgage but I would prefer to keep my investment portfolio separate from my personal assets. I was thinking of doing this via a limited company before I actually invest. Is this the right way?

Are you looking at the buy to let market? Perhaps acquiring undervalued properties, redeveloping them and selling them on? Also, it would be interesting to learn which parts of the country you are looking at.
