Sounds interesting. The risk warning makes me a bit dubious though. Liverpool is a flourishing city right now with a lot of business coming to the area.

We agree that Liverpool is a thriving city, with an incredible amount on offer.

In regards to the risk warning, it is in place both here and across our website communications. This is a regulatory requirement outlined by the FCA, and it’s one that we believe in. As an appointed representative, we have the appropriate permissions to operate an equity crowdfunding platform, and we aim to ensure that we offer the highest levels of consumer protection. We want our members to understand the potential risks of investing, as well as the potential rewards. It’s important to know, however, that our profits are tied to our members’, so we will only list opportunities which we believe will stack up. I hope this helps :)

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, we offer investors around the world the chance to invest in UK property. We currently have investors in 45 countries, however, if you are based in the USA, we, unfortunately, cannot accept investments or deposits from you at this time.


We have a number of opportunities currently listed on our platform, though this opportunity, in particular, is now fully funded. We plan to launch a second tranche of this opportunity next month.

In the reply above you say Property Moose has investors from 45 countries. That sounds like a lot.

In the original post, you actually claim to have investors from 70 countries. ("Our community of 21,000 members spans across 70 countries.")

And in another post, the reference is to 90 countries.

1. How many countries do your investors come from?

2. I understand the USA investors are off limits in they are based in the USA. What if they live in one of the other countries where you do accept investment from?

3. Is there a list of approved countries or a list of countries which are off-limits?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. In regards to your questions:


1. The confusion may have been caused by two things - the length of time between the posts and the terms “members” and “investors.” Members refers to those who have signed up to our website, usually to receive our newsletter, download an e-book or join our mailing list. Investors, on the other hand, refers to individuals who actually invest in our listed opportunities. In February 2017, we had “members in 70 countries.” In June 2017, we had “investors in 45 countries.” In September 2017, we wrote that “our community of nearly 25,000 members spans across 90 countries.” These figures were simply resembling our growth throughout the year. As of this month, we have registered members in 130 countries.

2. If a US national is a resident, has a citizenship, and is a tax payer in another jurisdiction other than the US they can be considered for membership.

3. The only off-limits country is the US.
