Please think carefully about using this company!

I let my flat on a short term basis to a mortgage advisor working for this company. He vacated at the end of the period owing nearly 5000dhs which he claims he can't pay as he hasn't been paid by this company.

Either he is lying, which calls into question the people this company are employing, or they are in serious financial hardship.

Either way, be warned about doing business with this company.

Are they RERA approved, if so report them.

Yes they should be reported and so should the tenant... they have to pay the easy way or the hard way. Its not your problem his company didnt pay his salary, its his fault to work for them and his fault for not reporting them to the Labour Dpt.... you need your rent paid full stop. Get your money or else he will do it to others.
