I have no mortgage on my property and wish to get 175000 euros capital on a property I bought 3 three years ago for 380000 I have a small income but can make any payments from savings /investments can anyone help me:willy:

I recently got a remortgage on a property in Spain. It's not exactly the same situation as you because I already had a mortgage. Still, the best advice I can give you is to go through an international mortgage broker. I did, and it made the process pretty simple for me. I didn't have to search a bunch of banks to get the best offer and they spoke English so I didn't have to worry about the language barrier. The broker I used is Credit International, I'll post their website in case you're interested.
