1 bedroom in Marina, close to media city

Hello everybody,

I am currently looking for 1 bedroom appartment near by media city in Dubai, preferably Marina, al sufouh.
with good size for living/dining room (i have two sofas, 8 chairs table etc...)
wardrobes in bedroom
with nice view and sunny (means no construction site to be seen from windows!!):typical:

Can anyone advice me nice building with reasonnable rents?what can i expect?

I check dubizzle everyday but still it looks exagorated by some agents( some appartments loose 10000aed/annual rent in two weeks but when i called first none were ready to negociate) :hmpf:

Do you know some communities where i can find contacts directly from owners?

i become hopless to find my future home pretty soon :frown:

Hi Jasmine,

Well you might want to remove on of your conditions if you want to find something quickly, i.e The no construction site from windows. I live in Dubai Marina, one of the Marina Diamond apartments and you can see construction from alsmost every single one of them if not building site, then you are facing the Shaykh Zayed Road and Metro Stations construction and JLT consturctions.

As regards rent, you can find 1 Bed as low as 70000 AED around Marina, JLT and JBR all very close to media city.

As for contacts directly from owner, I can really help you there.

Jasmine, my bad................my keyboard plays up at times. I was try to type "I cant really help you there". Goes to show how the ommission of one letter can totally transform the meaning of a sentence.

As for areas, Dubai Marina side is very nice, personally I am not a fan of the JLT side, still too many uncompleted block there when I went to have a look back in march whilst looking for my apartment. The towers on Jumeirah walk are also very nice.

If 70,000 is over your budget, you wont get much in the Marina.

some used to be rented 80k now 70k, like in marina heights (very nice flat)...
Some owner might rather to rent for a bit less than not at all.
At least thats my opinion.
I respect landlords s choice anyway.

well if you are looking for descent building with nice location then it will be 70K. most of JLT area is 70K for 1 bedroom
