I have been reading your posts/ comments from the beginning. I understand that you are a intelligent investor. Like you,I too have an apartment in IC where I am residing myself. Although people keep writing bad things about IC but I still feel its a good area to live and invest too. I have been living here when there are only few people living and no shops at all. I have seen it growing. And now its a full city in itself and its doing great. So like you I am optimistic about this country.
