Just looking through the gulf news online section at prices of 1 Bedroom Apartments in I.C and the prices advertised differ by 100k -120k, they start at 650,000AED and go upto about 770,00AED. Theres always going to be a difference of what something is advertised and what it actually sells for.
Anyone know what the true market value is currently for studio and 1 bed apartments in International City.

The prices are less or equal to the lowest advertised price.
For IC this is 5%-10% bellow the lowest price in Gulf news
Some other developments you can get less 20%-25%
