Property Price Increase %

Hi,

I’m sure this has already been asked at some point, so apologies for that.

Does anyone know of a easy to use calculator that i can put in a time frame, location and property type and it will give me the average house price increase as a %?

From what I’ve seen Land Registry gives me a month by month chart not one single figure.

Any help is much appreciated!

The only one I can think which comes close is the Land Registry:-
