I've been researching some new coastal projects in the Ceara/Fortaleza area and this one looks interesting. I'm curious if anyone's ever heard of it or knows anything about it and can share their opinions.

This projects is locsted 70kms from the city of Fortaleza located in the Beach Village of Morro Branco on the east coast.
The developers are Oasis Group and Terra Brasils both local companies.
